Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via USPS and delivered by the postal service of your country.
We do not ship COD. We do not ship PoBoxes unless you take all the risk (we are not responsible).
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt, depending on product availability, and are shipped by regular mail without tracking (usps has stopped giving tracking for this kind of packages but we will just know when you have received it) or by priority mail at $34.90.
All islands or foreign countries have a minimum delay of 3/5 weeks. Packages for armies and resting posts cannot be delivered by international mail or at your own risk. We are not responsible for Customs, theft en route unless proven. We always try to resolve any problems we may encounter with our customers.
In case of a refund request, and the package is still on its way, we will wait 1 month after the departure date for a refund. Because sometimes the packages arrive after 4 weeks. It is not possible to ask for a refund if the parcel is on the way.

International shipping costs, import duties and taxes
Our prices do not include import taxes, duties and/or local customs fees (if applicable). You may have to pay these taxes and fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are separate from your shipping charges and will be billed directly to you through your local customs or postal authority. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are authorized to import our products into your country.
Refused international returns or packages
If the package(s) are returned to us due to an address error by the customer, if the customer refuses the package, or if the ordered items are not allowed to enter the country by local customs authorities, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges (if any) that we will be billed for returning the package. If the return shipping charges are greater than the cost of the goods ordered, we will ask USPS to abandon the order, and no credit will be given to the customer for the order. If the package is intercepted by local customs authorities because the items ordered are not allowed in the customer's country and the package is abandoned, no credit will be issued to the customer for the order. If your order is intercepted by the local customs authorities, you will receive a letter from them informing you of this. You can then scan and send us a copy of this letter and we will ship your order at no charge. We do not ship your order unless we receive such a letter.
Your country's customs and import policies
It is important for you to familiarize yourself with your country's customs import policies before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country and lack of knowledge about these regulations may result in high import duties, delivery delays, or even a return of your order to us. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs authority to see if your country allows the importation of our products from the United States. You are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. Any charges billed to us due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be your responsibility. If an item(s) is returned due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, less a restocking fee (20% of your order cost). Other charges (if any), such as quarantine, shipping, or storage fees assessed by your country's local Customs Authority will also be deducted from your refund. I did not receive my package. What should I do?
If 3 business days (US domestic orders) or 7-15 business days (non US orders) have passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us via the contact form. Be sure to include the name under which the order was placed, the order date and the order number. We will respond to your request promptly.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
